COLUMBUS, OH – Just in time for a long weekend when central Ohio temperatures reached single-digit highs & lows, CBUS MEDIA GROUP (Sunny 95, Qfm96, Mix 107.9, and Rewind Columbus 103.5/104.3) wrapped up their “Stay Alive 5 – STUFF THE BUS” campaign and their audiences really came through – donating over 400 items to the cause! The Stay Alive 5 items included boots, hats, gloves, coats, & sleeping bags.

Listeners were asked to visit Cbus Media’s Amazon Wish List and purchase-to-donate critical warming items benefiting the local organization Mission Warmth. The campaign ran from Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, through Friday, January 10th, 2025.
All donated items were delivered to Cbus Media Group (4401 Carriage Hill Lane, Columbus, 43220) where Mission Warmth then visited with their converted school bus on Friday, January 17th. The items we loaded up were available to their beneficiaries in homeless camps that very night!

Mission Warmth is a local non-profit organization that provides these warming items directly to the unhoused in transient camps all over central Ohio. Their mission statement is simply “because no one should freeze to death.”
