LAZER 103.3’s Walking Fed, presented by Confluence Brewing Company, officially smashed the 2026 fundraising goal by hauling in $34,580 for the Food Bank of Iowa. The momentum was unstoppable from the jump, with Confluence matching the first $5,000 in donations.
The event was headlined by a 12-hour ‘Rock In’ broadcast on March 6, 2026, featuring Heather & Wickett, Ethan, and Styles hosting guests at the LAZER 103.3 studio in Downtown Des Moines, discussing the impacts The Food Bank of Iowa has on our community. The morning of the ‘Rock In,’ Heather & Wickett raised over $10,000 in just 4 hours!
In the last decade, the incredible Des Moines community has raised almost $200,000 for the Food Bank of Iowa, providing a lifeline to food pantries, shelters, and programs like the BackPack Program, which feeds 5,000+ kids across 55 Iowa counties.
